The article makes it sound like only international providers are blocked from using alphanumerics but the local provider we are using also has the same issue (although maybe they are going through an international provider as well). Are there any local Bulk SMS providers that are still able to send with an alphanumeric or do we have to become a PRSP to be able to do it?
