Can anyone think out any reasons why Safaricom (yes, I am leaving out the others since I don't care much about them) has/will not implement a Internet Bundle sharing programme where I can sambaza a bundle to my friend. I think its just a matter of commercial policy when it comes to discounted resources: SMS bundles, data bundles,postpay bundles, etc Bonga points became just became transferable recently.
