Install spamassassin and integrate with the MTA and ensure it is working properly, install squid and configure/tune, install a firewall and probably configure NAT.... I don't think there are fixed charges. It will possibly depend on the amount of work involved. metered in hours - install, test, deply, train you to take over management.... Sorry, I don't do Linux. I do *BSD only. If you did *BSD, even webmin is enough to manage your firewall, squid, spamassassin. I don't know if it can do IPTables. I am only familiar with IPFW.
