Ok, thats interesting enuf. Thats is in place to avoid people misusing the Internet, eg pple who facebook a lot instead of working. Anyway not that does not affect me, I just want to some torrents for heavenly sake: get my weekly anime torrents, get latest ISO's etc. Now is that just barring or what! Cheers.. Even if its not what you needed to do, you need to get some more tools to bring action on the table, so why not bypass? @Aki, diplomacy is one factor security services don't really rely on.
