Hi @dennis, I asked and they told me it must be the phone's software, As I mentioned, She can send cash through another phone, so could it be the N6120 phone's software?
Tell your friend to try and upgrade the Phones software and see if it works. She can download the Nokia Software Updater from the Nokia site, plug in here phone, and she can check if it has a new software/firmware and it will update.
