Yeah only now their upgrade of data services has disrupted everyone and nothing of theirs work any more ... Pure incompetence or they recruit guys who have no clue what they are doing. I have reported an error on their self care page since January to date I call every other week and send the screenshots of the error and to date they have not managed to rectify.. who is their developer , he should be in farm milking cows, this is not for him or her ..
