Greetings Joomler's and Joomlettes. Wanted help with Joomla 1.5 stable. Anyone here able to help with the following error please let me know. * JFolder::create: Could not create directory * Component Install: Failed to create directory.: "/Applications/MAMP/htdocs/Joomla/administrator/components/" NB: this is on a local testing server, not on an FTP root. Any help with this will be muchos appreciated. And yes, i have already googled the issue with no avail. Rahim.

- Check on the read right and set it to either 777 or 775 - On the second issue try installing the component using the folder method.
