I think they are still the super power because of some of their faults/strategies e.g focus on the military and weapons development, being a humongous bureacracy that can run itself even with an incompetent president . China is on a differnt path but we must not forget history. All these nations and alliances are ultimately temporary and many years to come the situation will change. whether for better or for worse is another matter.
