Thomas Edison, known for inventing the light bulb, was nothing but the greatest thief ever: http://theoatmeal.com/comics/tesla -- with Regards: blog.denniskioko.com <http://www.denniskioko.com/>

The story goes that Thomas Edison did not cross 5th grade... Most of his inventions came from Tesla his employee; who unfortunately died poor and unnoticed. Thomas was quite the businessman; not unlike Steve Jobs who is credited with the iPhone/iPod/iPad but did not solder even a single transistor..

That was hilarious. Regards, Alex On Tue, May 15, 2012 at 10:04 AM, ndungu stephen <ndungustephen@gmail.com>wrote:

Yeah, Tesla is even rarely mentioned in academic books. BTW i have managed to light bulbs wirelessly using only two small batteries. a perfect solution for the frequent power outages in eastlands. On 5/15/12, Alex Ngatia <alex.ngatia@gmail.com> wrote:

Such inventions as 'wireless' transmissions are not good for KPLC - completely put them out of business. God forbid the people at the slums are able to light their houses without paying !!!! On the other hand; in as much as his genius was beneficial; it was also quite destructive. The romantic tale ends with his later years when he proposed to use his inventions to build super weapons. He was also a complete nut case! The wireless power tower was brought down; because in as much as it was beneficial; the interaction with nature also brought down from the heavens destructive uncontrolled power. Resonating effects of some of these experiments could have also had adverse effects on nature eg Slowing down the Earth's Rotation [?][?]
