easipos version 4.7.1 password lock

Hi all A restaurant i am trying to assist uses the easipos system. the password to access the backend locked so its not possible to use the system. The guys who sold the system, prima, are not willing to assist sort the problem. they keep throwing the issue back to the sa company that originally suplies the product, who in turn throw them back to the prima guys in westi. its a whole back n forth thing that has been going on for 3 months now. so we are now trying to crack the damn password. any ideas? regards veronica

check the database it uses? is it connecting thro ODBC? look around for a settings file in the root folder. On Wed, May 4, 2011 at 11:47 AM, veronica nderitu <vnderitu@gmail.com>wrote:
