Zain Kenya introducing two data packages

In a statement on Monday, managing director Rene Meza said the arrival of the fibre optic cable in Kenya has elicited sharp increase in awareness of data opportunities. “Zain Kenya has recognised this demand and is offering Kenyans a wide variety of flexible mobile data products to choose from” he said. In the package, subscribers can download up to 500MB for Sh1,250 and Sh1,750 for a one GB download ( BD )

Orange's GSM data is way much better than Zain and they are rolling out 3G. Was getting these speeds in the CBD yesterday http://twitpic.com/sk505 Their prices are even better: 500 MB is 850 and 1GB is 1,500

My problem with the orange bundles is that they expire at the end of the month; Zain doesnt seem to. I have always wondered what the logic is behind those expiry periods. a normal sh 500 note doesnt have a limited shelf life, or does it ? -- Ndungi Kyalo "if you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far get company" biblia.kenya.or.ke On Tue, Dec 8, 2009 at 9:24 AM, amanya <whynnot@gmail.com> wrote:
