I was looking at it from the self-improvement angle: you may be a Level 3 in an area where I am at Level 0, and you may be so kind as to help me up my game in that area. TopCoder already hosts contests of the kind you're suggesting and they do it really well. hehehehe, I am working on a computational model that is based on the travelling salesman problem (optimization of resources e.g given 2 warehouses and different delivery routes, what is the optimum number of items to pick from each warehouse to be delivered within the shortest time, as economically as possible ., etc Its hard to imagine how IMPORTANT Linear and Non Linear Programming theory are to certain modern applications. Wouldn't it be great if skunks-ke had regular tutorials on each of the listed sections, starting from level0 to level3?
