Morning people, Lately at our office we have been having a serious problem with a certain virus/spam from our ISP. We have taken all the measures including formating all laptops in the organisation but it has continued to persist. Has any of you encountered a similar problem?
We are now looking on other ISP providers any suggestions? We want like 10mbps.

I managed to setup some firewall filters on a Mikrotik router and so far it seems to hold pretty well but once in a while the connection gets quarantined. What solution is this hope not the 700k firewall solution I have been getting from cyberroam, sophos or other security appliance venders. For an ISP or a Bank the cost is Justified but a small office the cost is not justifiable. What i would like to see is what has caused my link to be filtered, some firewalls can say suspect traffic but its genuine traffic , nowadays we have advance malware that use http protocol to distribute attacks and some developers and admins will create service ports on their servers to maybe collect logs from different server farms , these can be flagged by a very strict firewall , so i am not given evidence of what is wrong with my network , how can i correct it? JTL have sent me the same message for my link at home. I dont think they know what they are doing they are just sending this randomly I have only one laptop and am 100% sure its not infected. The only other device connected is the TV and phones. The internet is ok but other services where I need to use certain ports on the browser are blocked. Putting an enterprise on quarantine is a bad design and it leads to DOS to legit users. This model would worked better for Mobile data or FTTH customers. For an ISP or a Bank the cost is Justified but a small office the cost is not justifiable.

Morning people, Lately at our office we have been having a serious problem with a certain virus/spam from our ISP. We have taken all the measures including formating all laptops in the organisation but it has continued to persist. Has any of you encountered a similar problem?
We are now looking on other ISP providers any suggestions? We want like 10mbps.
Below is an attached image of the virus/spam. when you try accessing a website it automatically redirects you to this page
