Thanks Guys for this tread, it was relay helpful. My only problem this hopless BOY has spammed 6 domain that i host. Several of my clients have had up to 1000 email in the various inbox. Some of my clients have no idea what is happening. Anybody with his phisical address. I want to SUE the parts out of this guy. It is just plain stupid for him to this guys are interested with his rush!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There should be a faster way to get this guy. The person who runs bidiiafrika is not a member of the KICTANet lists, which I happen to administer/moderate. It's because of the same reasons you've mentioned that made us block his membership.

This guy has subscribed all my 6 or so email addresses to his stupid groups and removing your address is a nightmare. I had actually resolved to nasty solutions if he ever subscribed me again and I think my threats bore fruit.

I've personally resistes several attempts to subscribe my address to bidiiafrika group. I guess I am lucky because they tried to subscribe my gmail address, which prompts me to approve.

Google is also very much to blame since they do not have very good procedures on reporting and removing such offending groups where people are subscribed without their knowledge. Unlike yahoo which have good reporting procedures.

I agree with you on this. Those behind abuse@googlegroups.com could be snoring. I reported two attempts to forcefully subscribe me but I did not get even just an acknowledgement.

Finally, the person behind bidiiafrika group is called Robert Alai <robert.alai #gmail*com>. Anyone who feels aggrieved by forced subscription to his group should ask him for the unsubscription or send e-mail to abuse@googlegroups.com with a complaint. I believe it's only fair to shame the devil, if he's becoming one.
