Changing email address is hard as changing your bank or cell phone number. You are always worried you will loose contacts if you abandon you current address. I mean not hard technically, but lot of human inertia. I remember I started with Yahoo and would still be with them if they had enough storage space. I mean I had to purge mails every week as they would bounce them after that. Anyway, they did eventually fix that but by then I had started using gmail and there was inertia to go back to that account. Wonder, are they going to be aliasing the hotmail users to the new outlook thing? Anyway, good that there is a good alternative now. Competition always good. Gmail has been great though I hated the UI changes they made a while back. William
