I think there's a problem with Orange. I laos have been having crawling speeds even after renewing my bundles. It's now so bad that even stuff doesn't load on mobile.

Thats thing wont stick , these consumer rights fellaz should focus on more important things ..its says unlimited internet, not downloads nor banndwidth ... when you exhaust your FUP they give you like 250 going down speeds ..the least i was given was 50 Kbps which was loading my FB , Gmail etc... so i still had internet .... Thats thing wont stick , these consumer rights fellaz should focus on more important things ..its says unlimited internet, not downloads nor banndwidth ... when you exhaust your FUP they give you like 250 going down speeds ..the least i was given was 50 Kbps which was loading my FB , Gmail etc... so i still had internet ....

All MNO end up having fair usage since users always use up the available radio resource especially when using high speed data services. The reason data was added to the then voice only network was to enable customers access data services on the go not replace the data only networks which handle higher capacity easily. Once we accept mobile networks can never give you unlimited high speed connections since its not sustainable then we will have less complains about the speeds and data caps .
