I was watching on Aljazeera a demo of the new solar powered phones and was totally dissapointed at how low our country has sunk. However innovative it may be (for upcountry where there has been no electricity since independence) its use in Nairobi which now seems inevitable with the constant rationing of power may be an indicator of where we may be in 2030...nowhere. Any gains we make are eroded just as quickly by some dumb moves by people in gorverment. So much for STIMA LOAN.
