Hi guys, I am looking for a Java developer for a full time position. He/she should be a graduate and preferably some experience in Java with demonstratable projects. Why should he be a graduate if all you want is a java developer? Better would be to State what proficiency level you looking for...

Mark sorry , We did not in any way want to say that the requirements are unreal. It is just advice. I have met some very good passionate developers that have almost no papers to show , yet deliver better work that developers with degrees. When you employ some one , you want him to do work for you as the first priority. Once again my apologies if my comment did not come out well. Regards. No ill Will was intended by my statement was a general observation, that if the requirement was a java developer then being a grad. is not important unless there are implied qualities they may have that would be beneficial in getting the job done. Once again no ill will intended.
