Looking for a GIS expert with Symfony Framework skills

Interesting combination. May be you should torn it down to just "GIS expert with PHP skills. Any MVC framework will be a plus." Then, Kibe, you get a GIS expert who is going sub contract a symfony guy to help, or a symfony guy to sub contract a GIS guy. Basing on the current currriculumn being taught in our universities, PHP is not being taught, probably someone who has done it out of interest.
