Micro-sim shaving has been there for a while...some guys on Tom Mboya St clamped a zain line for me to micro-sim in late 2005 when there were these 'adapters' in the market that enabled one to fit 2 lines on one phone (though they didnt operate simultaneously)...and that same line still works well today on any phone...
