Interestingly I saw an Oil Filled Radiator electric heater at the LG shop 9in Sarit @ 12,900/-. Kweli, times are chaging in kenya, such radiators were common scenes in winter countries. The units operate silently. Rgds.

If its entirely lookng at it from the green perspective, go electricity. Most of the elec made in kenya is very green., if cheap, go the aki oil filled radiator way. In Kenya as far as energy is concerned, we either go cheap or green. No need playing the good guys and saving an environment of a year of carbon that china generates in 2 hours.
