Folks, Given that Kenya is currently wasting 3 days/wk because of power rationing, can someone help me calculate, using linear extrapolation, when Vision 2030 is likely to be achieved? Folk, I don't believe in politicians anymore. If you remember, we had a slogan a few years back (prolly over a decade ago now) about having water for all by 2010. This is 2009, the Mau is disappearing, the snow cap on Mt. Kenya shrinking, I mean... and we are still looking forward to a 2030 where we'll have 8-lane highways passing plumb over KICC...
