Any KRA peeps in the house? KRA website is unbelievably slow, it's like the server is in Jupiter. I once asked someone at an internet cafe whether that has been the case and he said YES. Infact guys give up and let the cafe attendant login for them and print PIN certificates. That definately doesn't sound good for the KRA system. I've tried in IE 7 and Firefox 3. Most probably cause of the slowness in kixp was down and they do have a router there. Traffic had to go to internet before comin back again to kenya. I strongly doubt it. The website was still slow about 3 weeks ago, and offshore sites are currently atleast 10 times faster. I bet their server has issues. Something is taking too long to process. They probably have a mixture of applications that depend on each other, and that dependency has caused issues. Might also be issues with database access.
