Yeah, it really sounds silly, especially for those of us who don't

have/use iPads:)The general rule is that you either use POP3/IMAP4 or Webmail. So simply put, you need to find out if the default mail clients support those 2 protocols and use what best suits you, or get an app from the store that does. Of course webmail is universal.

You can also try and see if Google has a push based app if battery life is important. They don't offer exchange active sync anymore though unless the account was set up before they decided it was too expensive Muriithi
