Reading/viewing the Mdaemon logs/session window can really help you. The rest is all guesses since noone here can have that information. So as Server Admin, learn to interact with and understand your "server".

Isaac; Installing and running Mdaemon is pretty straight forward, you just need to tell us how you installed it, the platform (desktop or server), whether mail is from ISP or from your web srever and whether the computer has a static address. The Mdaemon is running on Microsoft server 2003 and has a static IP address. Our ISP is access kenya but we have the server hosted within our buildings. ISAAC K.
