They have a new product called "Instant Payment Notification" which notifies your server whenever a payment is received on your Paybill through secure HTTPS or VPN. Its does exactly what you are asking for plus its free and even allows you to send back and SMS to the person that has made the payment to you e.g to Say "Thank you for your payment."
