Disregarding coverage issues (very important!) at the location of access, no provider comes closer to matching what Orange has. Just check out the data plans on each provider's website for comparison. A good way to physically compare the speeds is to get an unlocked high speed modem then use the SIM cards from each providers to test the respective connections.
