Teh teh..my friend i admit my post was completely a grammatical mess.It was all because of reasons that i should not explain here.It would sound more of political correctness. Well, I just wanted to say this.I have experienced everything from number 1-10.I have learned a lot from customer side(especially their behaviors and priorities),to an extent that i can point out abusive clients. And my answer to calls from some clients was "The only service i can offer is ,uninstalling everything for free while cancelling the outstanding balances". Reactions from their side: Some decided to pay and go back to the terms,others were just shocked to realize that,they are the one who should act responsibly. Thank you.
