I had the opportunity to generate some voucher numbers that included random number generation and some mathematical formulas. Sorry I don't have the code but it was done in PHP.

Clement we not giving code, we going to help peter fish n not give him the fish. :-D

basically u can design your own algo based on random number generation accompanied with a few rules, and if u storing them in a database(i advise) the u can quickly check their uniqueness by trying to save to a unique column.
