Hi Skunks, Recently got asked in an interview for some oversees developer position, "so, what agile software development methodologies do you use?" My 'blonde' response was, ehh...I know all about them, it's just that in Africa we don't really use them. Based on projects I have worked on so far I can see elements of XP (Extreme Programming) that I have used. So coders/developers/architects/project managers et al, what software development methodologies, agile or otherwise, are you using out there? What would you says works for you and why? KR, Loki

Hi Loki, Agile development is where you don't have clear requirements. Srum is good. In this you only need to know the tasks and have a burn down. From the burn down you can come up with sprints mostly a 2 week work. With this you can easily identify things that might be left. It is also very easy to keep track of back log and make a decision on whether to push down a backlog to the next sprint or keep it waiting.
