@Watchie, @Allan Your Account Managers should resolve any issues that you have. Access Kenya assigns Account Managers to every client. It's a "corporate ISP" if my memory serves me well. YAAY!!! ) I wasn't really there when they started making the Comics, ( that was in the 1940's :O ) yes they're old. In any case, DC was actually Detective comics and there's well that's all history. Very well. I guess i should have specified, i'm looking for an Access KE Senior Administrative Rep who may be on this list. By that i refer to an individual not in the system's side but in the Managerial & Technical who can effectively influence and be made aware of treatment and appreciation of clients. While i may not be the largest client, by far i am probably one of the smallest however in an effort of customer satisfaction, i would have to say that Eric from Zuku had a brilliant rapport with me.
