Hello skunks, Here is my proposal on the issues articulated elsewhere in this forum, and it is basically a statement as well as a test of wills. Basically, something simple and straightforward. 1: We hook up a box with an online instance, then sms numbers then routing (using ushahidi) 2: We then do a one day / week campaign via social media for anyone and everyone to send a text to those numbers.
