In addition, the successful candidate will help spearhead our Outernet <https://www.facebook.com/OuternetForAll> pilot that seeks to bring free "internet from space" to rural villages in the Rift Valley. The position is for an initial 1-year fellowship, with the option to renew for a further 2-years.
