@Mark Please watch Stephen Elop on http://goo.gl/uX9GCB But essentially though it has never been outright admitted by Nokia - the Asha platform is too limited to be competitive in emerging markets. Until Windows phone 8.1 is released, it doesn't offer dual-SIM support. An excerpt from an article on phone arena "*So, Nokia is using the X lineup as a "feeder system" into the higher-end Windows Phone devices. With that in mind, the Nokia X lineup has a UI that has obviously been inspired by Windows Phone, and integrates Microsoft services like OneDrive, Outlook, and Skype. *" Else I think Nokia-Microsoft are on the right track, not to conquer but as they had been before, but survive and probably even thrive unlike BB. Though personally I have lost interest in android and all it's shortcomings, the Nokia XL is something I would buy when the time comes.
