Eric, I don't have the solution but i understand what you are talking about (and the problem). I am trying to deal with the same problem on Intellect CBS (from Polaris). I have so far managed to get the developer to create a new audit report that shows the same but you have to look at it from the account perspective ==> Account xyz was viewed by User ID 1234 at hh:mm on mm/dd/yyyy. Otherwise for that problem (if its what i think it is - identity theft), should be sorted out by biometric authentication.
