@Brianiac, thnks for trying. The myth is not busted because we are now almost 6 hours into the incident. At the end of this saga, the culprit will be blamed on capacity issues. If the infrastructure was an issue today morning, how fast does it take to acquire, terminate and configure extra circuits between 2 telco networks assuming that they have a common demarc zone to over-ride inter conflicts? I'm throwing in the possibilities and pure speculation from me.... :-)
