Galaxy Note != Galaxy Tab (even though they are both tablets and there are 10.1 inch models of both). The Note comes with a stylus. You can currently get the 5.3 inch version of the Note and the 10.1 inch version of the Tab but you will have to wait until June for the 10.1 inch Note.
