Hi , I was given their contacts by a friend who used to work with "Gitonga" little did he know his old friend had turned into conning business . Gitonga posed as an already existing supplier to UNICEF and so whenever we doubted anything that Robert said we would refer to him and assure us . This guys are very good at this they have worked in procurement offices at some point and know the rules . They are calm very confident and not in a rush ,they don't call unless its very necessary . They have a fake UNICEF email ,and documents and unless you've dealt with UNICEF previously you can't pick it up . Its the change of plan for "facilitation fees" which were meant to be paid after the deal that got us thinking .
