There are many online american websites which can do that, they receive and reship worlwide vs fees. sorry no name in mind... bbk & dhl kenya had a promo last year to promote shopping online. You shop with bbk visa, send it to dhl us, they pack ur shopping and send it to you. Costly i am sure. cheap option, a buddy living in us from socia sites or forum.
