@Collins, just a quick one and then am gone... Since people like me are stuck in the research of the history and past, I'd like to bring out something important that could be significant to your views. One thing that any govts did not plan on having are the mass mobile markets which have empowered people. In KE, I think we are around 16 Million and that are serious revenues. We can deny revenues that can make them think twice about such decisions by a simple self-ban on making calls for even a single day nation-wide, kenyans will have spoken. Some thots.... :-)
