fiber cut not withstanding (was that fised by the way?), When I buy 'internet access' (TM) of a specific capacity,It creates the expectation that this service will be unrestricted, enabling me the consumer to access any service lawfully available on the internet. As a result, if this service does not provide FULL access to the internet, I would not expect it to be marketed as internet access. I expect full disclosure on what is bloody slowing down my traffic; and if another service is 'eating' into the capacity for internet access, I expect to be told. Obviously starting the week with a rant on internet speeds will probably not help my mood much. But I think it is time we (consumers) sat down and defined what we expect from a service marketed as a 'internet access'. gitau
