Hey Listers, I need information on what systems the Insurance companies are using for database management and what portals are available for self care. This is for a new business that will be handing both medical and the other types of insurance. Very curious as to what Britam, Jubilee and such are using. Thank you Gish -- Service is working and giving, and not regretting the cost; Its knowing and understanding that no good deed will be lost. -Anon

Karimi Ideally the best approach is to develop web portal based on specifications, since there is no standard software. Different insurances have different needs. Britam also building their Self Service portal Am working on similar project for an Insurance. The portal integrates to the database ( Oracle ) and presents information to clients based on what is defined and also reports based on what the client needs. Can assist..!
