GOOGLE CHECKOUT FOR LOCAL MERCHANTS && ANDROID DEVELOPERS?
*Is there any local Google skunk that could give us a heads up on when its going to happen?* Considering that we have large number of mobile sw hackers and circa 60k IDEOS units + thousands more android phones & tabs locally, wouldn't it be good if* local developers* had a way to* sell paid apps on Android market?*

I'm talking about being a google checkout merchant ->http://checkout.google.com/sell/<%20http://checkout.google.com/sell/> And the issue is if you are a local developer, currently you can only submit but you cannot sell your apps on the Android Market -> https://market.android.com mainly because Google Checkout Merchant Services have not yet been rolled out in Kenya or anywhere in Africa. As a result, local devs cannot take full advantage of the most popular mobile platform.... .....*an obstacle to a good revenue stream for many*!
