Lets wait for the Android flagship instead!! :-) http://www.androidauthority.com/nokia-n9-android-flagship-phone-545905/ On Sat, Aug 16, 2014 at 10:08 PM, Patrick Kariuki <patrick.kariuki@gmail.com

I have a couple of Nokia N9's bought at a throw away price mainly because installing apps such as whatsapp on meego was a nightmare. So I need the N9's 1 GHz Cortex ARM8 processor (note: iphone 3gs runs the same processor but at 600MHZ) running atleast Android and some other OS as a failsafe option.
Sailfish unfortunately cannot even make a voice call - its only s proof of concept.
So eventually (if in good condition) you'd buy the Nokia N9(with its sleek look and limited presence in the market - still available in the ME market) running meego for 12K and flog it for much more with the key selling points being; 1. You made you're own version of the Blackberry "Corolla" (still a concept) 2. A cheaper alternative to the Nokia Power Ranger
Just a thought :-)

Patrick, is dual-booting or triple booting Chip limited or settings by the OS? Remember how the shift from Windows 7 to Windows 8 was in regards to dual-booting? Qualcomm also supports Android.

What is even more puzzling is why WP works on Qualcomm processors only.
For those of us who can, who wouldn't want to have the choice of triplebooting Sailfish, Android or WP..

I have always seen the various versions 'under testing'. So now I ask, WTH does the testing and why does he always take too long? <LOL>
