My contact @ Redhat pointed me to some reseller in South Africa but I am feeling sufficiently patriotic :-) The Redhat website <https://www.redhat.com/wapps/store/catalog.html> says a Standard Subscription costs USD$ 799. Buying online is not an option at the moment.

BTW, OpenView are resellers for the South Africa company - Linux Warehouse - so the monies somehow still go down south.
