I am for the content regulation only to the following extent: (a) having the movies, etc shown vetted by someone (b) fixing when certain Radio/TV content can be aired If there were no children in Kenya, even the above two wouldn't bother me. There are TV/Radio content that must not be aired when kids are watching, even under PG. For instance, those who watch Citizen TV on Sunday must have been disgusted by yesterday's episode of Papa Shirandula, inasmuch as it's supposed to be "General Viewing". Beyond these two, I don't really understand what the bill is trying to achieve. Perhaps Dr. Murungi can come to our rescue once again with this analysis. Maybe there is something the govt is trying to sneak in through this law. -- Best regards, Odhiambo WASHINGTON, Nairobi,KE +254733744121/+254722743223 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ "If you have nothing good to say about someone, just shut up!." -- Lucky Dube
