Expansion of "M-Pesa" Wikipedia Article -Small Cash Incentive

In an effort to boost academic references and material in the country, I will be offering a Kenya Shillings 500 cash incentive to any one who researches and expands the M-Pesa article on wikipedia at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M-Pesa. The initiative targets mostly university students. As such to qualify for the money, you have to log in and do the edits under your username so that we are able to verify you as the author. The recipient should bring the article to the standard of normal Wikipedia articles. As such, a majority of skunks must reasonably agree that the effort deserves the cash award. Recipients must not work for Safaricom or be related to Safaricom (or their competitors) in any way (doesn't apply to subscribers) either currently or in the past. In short, there must be reasonable degree of unbiasedness. If a guarantee of payment is required, I can deposit the money with Phares Kariuki as an Escrow. Hope the Terms are not ambigous since we can have them running for pages. -- with Regards: Ken Kasina, a renowned Kenya Developer and contributer to PC-BSD Kernel gives his views on Linux, Open Source & Developers http://www.cio.co.ke/index.php/view-all-analysis-items/1417-local-software-d...

While your contributions are highly welcome, sadly, you may not qualify since Mpesa is not restricted to Safaricom, however, I guess we may consider you if we deem your contributions to be neutral in case we lack a more neutral contributor. The end, rathar than the means to the end is more important.

Am working for a very independent firm that is only assisting in awareness and educating people on the benefits of mobile money. Vodacom is just one of the people we are working with, we are also working with Zain. I am a fan of M-Pesa personally so I will contribute how I can. David. I will close this in the next 2 weeks if there is no further development, as the case has been.

David.
Skunkworks-KE being one of the vetting bodies and you being a member of it, no you don't qualify. :-)

@ Peter, i thought that both the contributors and the vetors can come from skunkworks as long as one isnt in both parties. of course some vetors carry more weight than others
