The LPA seeks to fill the position of Executive Officer. *Duties and Responsibilities:* 1. To run the LPA secretariat on a day to day basis 2. To oversee the execution of the LPA Strategic Plan 3. To develop and enhance LPA's membership recruitment 4. To carry out fund raising activities for the Association 5. To organize marketing and training events 6. To spearhead the Association's Media and Communication Strategy 7. To maintain a steady engagement with LPA members and partners *Qualifications and Skills* 1. At least a Degree Preferably in Business IT, Information and Communications, Marketing, or any related fields. 2. At least 3 year's working experience in Marketing, Communications, Advocacy or related field. 3. Experience in Fund raising 4. Ability to network and build communities 5. Excellent communication and organization skills 6. Good Internet and computing skills 7. Experience in event management 8. Excellent Management and Interpersonal skills 9.
