Dear Friends, A friend of mine requested me to unlock their ZTE Jack 3G...I thought it was going to be simple, but I have hit a brick wall. Might someone here give me the steps/websites/tools that I can use. All the methods I have tried seems not to work. It is locked to Orange Kenya. Kindly assist. Timo.

Yes, Orange and other telcos ask them to lock their phones as they are subsidised by the operators, hence they don't want you going to some other network.
