Hi Simon, You need to give more details in-order to get help.E.g Which platform are you installing the printer in?Are you installing from the OEM CD or is it downloaded drivers?This printer is particularly problematic as i have dealt with it before. When I run the Document Scanner Application and click on the *Scanner...* button, the dialog box that follows has a drop down that ought to list detected scanners, but lists nothing.
